2 sticks of room temperature unsalted butter
1/2 cup powdered confectioners
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

3. Massage the batter into an orb and then put it in a plastic covering. Then put the cookie dough into the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 60 minutes, even though this is optional.
4. Remove the dough from refrigerator, then flatten it into a 1/4 inch thickness.
5. Turn the oven to 325 degrees F then line the baking sheets using parchment sheets.
6. Cut out the dough into individual cookies such as rounds or whatever other designs you desire by using a slightly floured cookie cutter. Place cookies on slightly greased cookie tin and put it in the cooling device for around 15 minutes. Then remove it out and place it in the oven for approximately 8 - 10 minutes, or until the edges have turned slightly brown.
